One thinks of palaces and forts, but there are some gorgeous landscapes up in Northern India.

I met him by the side of the highway in a field one early morning. His son had just brought him milk from one of his 200 camels. He said they are from a village about 500km away. They eek out a living by moving their camels from one harvested wheat field to the next. The field owners let them camp there till the camels have eaten the dry stumps. A mutualisim that dates back thousands of years. . Each morning his 17yr old son collects the milk and sells it in the nearest village for about Rs. 200 ($3). He wants his son to stop helping him and go back to college. The son said that he wants to be a lawyer. . With no compunction, he offered me the fresh, still warm camel milk and the few days old dry millet cakes they were carrying. That was by far one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Such is the story of one poor, but very happy camel milk moustached man."/>
